Dr. Vivian is the Owner & Designated Managing Broker of American Financial Real Estate LLC in Illinois and a Licensed Realtor® in Illinois, Indiana and North Carolina. Dr. Vivian is the Owner of AMERICAN FINANCIAL LOANS LLC.
Dr. Vivian achieved a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from Michigan State University, Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Doctorate in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. Dr. Vivian is the Author of, “Strategies for Women’s Economic Impact and Empowerment; Journey to the C-Suite”. Dr. Vivian is the Founder and Chairperson of the Board for Global Executive Business Consultants (GEBC). GEBC is a business research, Project Management, and global leadership development consultancy; with a focus on driving Lean Enterprise Transformation and Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging; “The C-Suite Paradigm” (https://csuiteparadigm.org). Dr. Vivian’s corporate career provided leadership as a Vice President of Operations and Business Consultant for 120 organizations, of which 42 are Fortune 500 companies.
Dr. Vivian is life-time member of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, former Board of Directors member with the Chicagoland Chamber of Commerce and Non-Profit Organization ALL CHICAGO…making homelessness history!
Dr, Vivian and her husband Andres ("Handy Andy") Del Toro is the Co-Owner of American Financial Loans LLC. Dr. Vivian and Andy reside in the south suburbs of Chicago (Crete, IL) where they enjoy family and friends, as well as church, movies, and eclectic dining.
